Collection is welcome from Solihull, West Midlands, or we can ship to anywhere in the UK and Europe (possibly further afield depending on the item). There are a number of couriers we regularly use and will always try to get the best price for you. We will only charge the price quoted from the courier and will not make a profit from the shipping of any item.

Items will be reserved for 7 days following an agreement to purchase. We reserve the right to relist the item if payment has not been received after this period. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments are accepted via Paypal and will be subject to a surcharge calculated to exactly cover the fees.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, provided all items are returned in their original condition, we are happy to offer a full money back guarantee within 7 days of receipt. Unless it is agreed the item is not as described all shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is normally liable for the cost of return shipping and insurance. In the event that you receive an item which has suffered damage in transit, please contact us within 3 days. Please retain all original packaging materials for any subsequent claim.
